 Verificata Fernando's place is in an excellent location and had everything a party of 6 needed for a few nights' stay. Communication was excellent throughout. The only thing that could've been better was the internet got very slow at times, and the member of our party who was working from home couldn't sustainably rely on it.  Verificata The place was perfect for my family, with two teenagers needing their own space and a husband whose snoring could be confined to the downstairs room! The kitchen is small but adequate and there is a supermarket on the next corner and lots of restaurants nearby. The steps are a little hard work at the end of a long day walking around, but weren't a problem for a pretty unfit 46 year old. Being able to walk out of the front door and have the Colosseum in front of you is pretty amazing!

 Verificata It was perfect place for us. We really enjoyed the time while we were in Rome. Fernando is always answer me fast, and it makes me so relief. If we have a chance to visit Roma, we will stay here again. Thank you.

 Verificata + super poloha,+ dobrý štýl bývania + čistota ok- chýba výťah - okná sú jednoduché sklá bez tesnenia, teda hluk z ulice, ktorého nie je rovno málo, ako by bol priamo v izbe! Ostatné sa nám páčilo.

 Verificata Très bel emplacement, au pied du Colisée, proche de toutes commodités : bus taxi métro tram et nombreux restaurants .L appartement est atypique, avec des escaliers en colimaçon étroits pour accéder à 2 chambres et un peu bruyant …
